You receive a monthly invoice with a detailed overview of all your loading transactions of that month. Payment is fully automatic, via direct debit.

The charging time for an electric car depends on the battery, the charging technology in the vehicle, the type of charging station and the type of charging cable. In general, you can fully charge your car at a 22 kW charging station in about four hours, while you can do it in less than 15 minutes at an ultrafast charger.

You can request a new charging cardby sending an e-mail to info@energydrive.be. The replacement of your charging card costs 15 EUR incl. VAT.

With the EnergyVision formula, we work with a 7.4kW charging point. For connections with a single-phase connection, we provide a 7.4 kW charging point. This charging point is also equipped with a protection against power failure. We recommend charging with a 16A charging cable to avoid using 80% of your home's full power to charge your car. With a 32A charging cable, a load balancing system must always be used.

If your home has a three-phase connection, EnergyVision can also install a three-phase charging point. Higher capacities will soon also be financially disadvantaged by the capacity tariff. EnergyVision recommends slow charging at home.

The map on our app shows you all the charging stations in your area. On the map, you can filter the charging stations to suit your type of electric vehicle.

We will send the charging card within 48 hours of receiving your request. This charging card will work immediately when you receive it.

Yes, our charging card works at many charging stations, both at home and abroad. However, we can only guarantee the cheapest rates at our own charging stations. For non-owned charging stations, the rate depends on the CPO and MSP that manage the charging station.

This depends on the charging station. Every operator can set the price on a charge point himself.
This tariff can consist of different elements:

• a starting fee,
• a volume tariff (per kWh charged)
• and/or a time tariff (per minute).

The applicable rate is indicated on the charge point. Our prices are listed here.

At EnergyVision, the lowest price guarantee applies to fast and slow charging. Have you seen a cheaper charging rate elsewhere than with us? Then we will refund you the difference.

However, your charging must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

• You are an EnergyVision customer and charge with an EnergyVision charge card
• You have charged at a public charge point with the same charge rate for everyone:
  • Charging at private or semi-public charge points does not qualify
  • Tariffs with promotions (e.g. cashback, price reduction or charging while shopping) do not qualify
• The cheaper tariff you saw must be cheaper on the same day than at EnergyVision
  • Save yourself from incorrect prices with other parties
  • The average tariff of the last 7 days must be cheaper than our tariff
• You have charged at a charge point of 7.4 kW or higher
• The cheaper tariff you saw is the price per kWh 
  • Charges per minute, starting sessions and sessions via subscription formulas do not apply 
• The charge point where you saw the cheaper tariff is located in Belgium
