Contractual terms under the microscope
Consumer protection is sacred to Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats. The investigators went through our contract with a magnifying glass (we knew nothing, a consumer must have provided them with our contract) and had some observations, especially on clauses about early termination.
We will look at this in detail and are committed to doing everything we can to make the contract as balanced and consumer-friendly as possible. That is why we are reaching out to Test-Aankoop/Test-Achats and engaging with them to further refine our contractual conditions.
