Green business centres (Casablanca, Salé and Fez)

In 2022, we built over 1.1 MWp of solar panels in the Casa Nearshore (in Casablanca), Technopolis (in Salé) and Fez Shore (in Fez) business parks. Client Ewane Assets targets highly energy-efficient buildings in the three parks. Less concrete, a multitude of new materials, and therefore a lot of solar panels, which will be installed by EnergyVision. All this should lead, for each of the buildings, to the BBCA and E+C- certificates, which have never before been awarded in Morocco.
